Orlando Pirates welcomed Aubrey Ngoma at the team’s training this morning (Wednesday).
Ngoma was signed by Pirates after helping University of Pretoria win promotion to the PSL at the end of the 2011/12 season.
However, the talented player was loaned back to Tuks for the 2012/13 season, showing a lot of improvement with his performances in his first season in the PSL under Steve Barker at Tuks.
Mamelodi Sundowns have shown interest in the player and are keen to form a swap deal with Bucs that will include him. A source in the camp of Pirates confirmed to the Siya crew that Ngoma was among the players that reported for duty at the club this morning.
“Aubrey Ngoma was at training this morning. We started training at 10: 00 this morning and he was there with the guys,” said the source.
Tuks were also keen to have Ngoma in their team for next season, with the player having made a whopping 27 league starts for them in his maiden season in the PSL.
Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs will clash on July 27, with the title of 2013 Carling Black Label Cup champions up for grabs.
