National First Division side, FC Cape Town, has revealed that they will be sending four players for overseas trials next month.
The Cape club is one of the lower division sides that continuously look to give players opportunities to make a step up in their career by moving them to PSL clubs and even abroad. Just recently, the club sold Keagan Buchanan to Bloemfontein Celtic and also sent Alfred Ndengane on loan to Siwelele, and are apparently in the process of making the move a permanent one for the latter.
FC Cape Town tweeted earlier today, “BREAKING NEWS !!!!!!!!! 4 players off to Europe on the 13th May. Development strategy pays dividends. God is GREAT.” However, the identity of the quartet is a closely guarded secret at this stage, although players like Prince Nxumalo and Cyril Mashego have been putting in impressive performances for the side.
The Siya crew will keep tabs on the story, and keep you up to speed as it unfolds.
