New Mzansi Deal For Ivorian Striker

An Ivorian striker is set to launch his career in South Africa, after a penning a deal with a club in Mzansi.

As confirmed by promotion hopefuls, Jomo Cosmos, the club has clinched a deal with striker, J’Taime Kaplaka. The 28-year-old has been added to Jomo Sono’s side to boost the team’s chances in their quest for promotion to the PSL. 

The former ASEC Mimosas player has been signed on an 18-month deal by Cosmos after impressing Sono and his technical team with his high work rate in training. 

Ezenkosi are third on the NFD log, following 0-0 draw with Royal Eagles on Sunday. The former PSL team has accumulated 43 points from their 27 matches this season.

The club’s next three matches will be crucial for Sono and the team to qualify for a play-off spot. Cosmos’ upcoming match will be in the Eastern Cape on Saturday, against Mthatha Bucks at the Mthatha Stadium.
