News reaching the Siya crew is that the appeal case involving Mpumalanga Black Aces and the Premier Soccer League will be heard by a new arbitrator sometime next week.
As reported by the crew, the case was postponed again on Monday after the arbitrator failed to show up.
Aces have now confirmed through a statement on their official website that the case will be heard sometime next week
“A new arbitrator, Advocate Terry Motau, has been appointed and will oversee the next scheduled hearing, according to Safa spokesperson Domini Chimhavi. The case is likely to be heard sometime next week,” read the statement.
Meanwhile, Advocate Norman Arendse, who is representing Khenyeza, told the official Aces website that he was confident the matter will not drag on for far too long.
"We all want this to go away, and the fact that it was postponed was not through his part. A prosecutor was not available," commented Arendse.
