News reaching the Siya crew is that former SuperSport United and Maritzburg United midfielder, Senzo Ndlovu, has returned to Swaziland after failing to earn a contract at Moroka Swallows.
Ndlovu, who played for FC Cape Town last season, trained with Swallows recently and was said to have impressed Birds coach Zeca Marques, but the two parties couldn’t agree on a deal.
Now news coming out of Swaziland is that Ndlovu is trying his luck at Mbabane Swallows and is on the verge of signing with the Swazi champions.
Mbabane Swallows acting CEO Sibusiso Manana confirmed to the Times of Swaziland that Ndlovu is in their camp, but said he was still under assessment by the team’s technical team.
“Senzo is just one of the few players who are currently training with the team. So, we will wait for the technical bench’s recommendations if he is to be signed or not,” said Manana.
