Free State Stars look set to offer Jabulani Ncubeni a contract with the side. Ncubeni has been invited for a trial for the second time as he looks to revive his career.
The former Maritzburg United midfielder has been in search of a new club since last year after he was deemed surplus to requirements at the KZN side.
Sources at Ea Lla Koto have confirmed to the Siya crew that Ncubeni has re-joined the team in their training. The 20-year-old had earlier attended a trial with the team along with Richard Rantjie and a few other players that have since left the side.
Stars have shown that they will be one of the busy clubs in the transfer market this time around. The team has already completed deals with Fikru Lemessa and Danny Venter, although some players have also left the side with Phumlani Mhamha being the latest to exit.
Ncubeni is a free agent and is eligible to sign with the team any moment.
