Highlands Go Eight Points Clear, Tshakhuma Grab Second Spot

National First Division log leaders, Highlands Park, and promotion hopefuls, Black Leopards, both recorded good 4-0 victories over lowly Royal Eagles and Ubuntu Cape Town respectively, while Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC (TTM) grabbed second spot after overpowering Mthatha Bucks 1-0.
In addition, there were wins for University of Pretoria, Witbank Spurs, Mbombela United and Stellenbosch.
Thanks to Chris Komane, Mothobi Mvalo, Sphiwe Mahlangu and Thabo Motlafi, the Lions of the North opened up an 8-point lead.
