A third international goalkeeper has been officially confirmed as a new signing for a top-flight club in Mzansi as the Absa Premiership continues to attract interest from around the world.
French goalkeeper Joris Delle, as well as his counterpart Boy de Jong from the Netherlands, have already been officially confirmed as new signings for Orlando Pirates and Stellenbosch FC respectively.
Baroka have added to the list of Mzansi’s top-flight clubs signing goalkeepers from outside the country by adding Namibian international Loydt Kazapua to their roster for the 2019/20 season.
“Baroka FC signed number one Namibian international goalkeeper, Loydt Kazapua. Welcome come home Moroka,” the Limpopo club confirmed their latest signing on the club’s official Twitter account.
Some of the other players signed by Baroka so far during the transfer window include Gerald Phiri Jnr, Kamohelo Mogashwa, Sibonelo Ngubane, Manuel Kambala, Richard Mbulu, Mfanafuthi Shozi, as well as Liberian winger Terrence Tisdell and defender Denwin Farmer.
Kazapua had been on the books of Maccabi FC last season.
