On-loan Bloemfontein Celtic midfielder, Musa Nyatama, has expressed his desire to continue playing regular football in the upcoming season.
Nyatama who’s contract comes to an end in June 2014 is currently in advanced negation talks with his parent club, Mamelodi Sundowns, to decide his future and where he will be playing his football in the 2014/15 season.
The 26-year-old midfielder joined Bloemfontein Celtic at the start of the 2013/14 season on loan from Pitso Mosimane's side after failing to secure any game time with Mamelodi Sundowns.
Nyatama has made a total of 26 starts and scored three league goals for Siwelele.
Speaking to Soccer Laduma, Nyatama conveyed that he has enjoyed his football at Celtic, and wants to be at a club where he will keep playing football.
“This season has been great for me. I have achieved what I set out to achieve at the beginning of the season, and that was to play regular football and I’m pleased with myself,” said Nyatama.
“At the present moment I’m still waiting on Sundowns to decide if I will re-join them in the upcoming season, but I have expressed to my agent as well as to Sundowns that I want to keep playing regular football. As long as I’m playing I’m happy, " concluded the midfielder.
With the stiff competition for positions at the star-studded Mamelodi Sundowns, there is a strong likelihood that Nyatama could opt to remain at Bloemfontein Celtic and make his move a more permanent one.
