News reaching the Siya crew is that Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder, Mukuka Mulenga, is expected to be out for two months following an ankle operation.
The Zambian, who started his Sundowns career this season, has been troubled by injury since his arrival at Chloorkop.
The injury has also delayed the player's progress with the Zambian national team.
According to reports from Zambia, Mulenga was ruled out for two months after undergoing surgery on his ankle last week.
Mulenga joined Sundowns highly recommended, following his impressive performances for Power Dynamos in the Zambian Premier League.
The 20-year-old was named as Zambia’s Player of the Year in 2012.
He is expected to play an important role for Sundowns in their aspirations of doing well in the league this season, when he eventually starts playing for Pitso Mosimane’s side.
