Muhsin Ertugral has opened up about of what his circumstances would be like should Ajax Cape Town be relegated from the Absa Premiership.
Ertugral joined up with the Urban Warriors in December last year after the Cape Town-based club parted ways with Dutchman Stanley Menzo.
Ajax have seen significant improvement under the mentorship of the Turkish-born head coach, however, are still fighting for survival at the bottom of the league.
The Urban Warriors are currently 15th placed in the Absa Premiership, although after their 1-0 win over Bidvest Wits last night, there is still a big possibility of surviving both relegation and play-offs, should they continue to claim points in all their remaining fixtures.
However, with the possibility of relegation not too far off, Ertugral confirmed that after being at the club for four months now, he wants to continue, despite the circumstances.
“I have a contract, will love to stay and build on, four times I have been here, I love to work with the management. I can see from a coaching perspective that you can build on it. The chairman is building an academy this is something that will attract me more,” Ertugral told the media.
