Ertuğral Set For Role With Turkey

News reaching the Siya crew is that former Orlando Pirates and Ajax Cape Town coach Muhsin Ertuğral is set to join up with the Turkish national side.

The Turkish mentor has been out of football management since parting ways with Maritzburg United in January 2019.

The Siya crew has now been informed that the 60-year-old is set to be announced as the Turkish national side's technical advisor.

An announcement on Ertugral's appointment is imminent.

The Turkish coach has spent a lot his career in South Africa, having previously coached Kaizer Chiefs, Pirates, Ajax, Golden Arrows and Mpumalanga Black Aces while he also had stints at Club Africain, Ismaily and Super Lig outfit Sivasspor.
