Free State Stars interim coach,Themba Sithole, and his technical team have welcomed Ayanda Mtshali for assessment with the team.
The goalkeeper previously played for Ea Lla Koto before he left for Black Leopards in the 2012/13 season.
The Newcastle-born player confirmed to the Siya crew that he has been with the Bethlehem-based side since the beginning of the week.
“Who told you that? I’m just training with them. I’ve been here since Monday. I’m coming from training even now. We’ll see what happens,” said Mtshali.
Mtshali had a stint with Roses United in the NFD after leaving Leopards at the end of last season.
The shot stopper made eight league starts for Leopards before the club’s relegation to the NFD last season.
