SuperSport Star Lands New Deal

SuperSport United have rewarded Morgan Gould for his performances over the last year by handing him a new contract extension at the club.
The 34-year-old rekindled his old form in 2017 as he played a vital role in helping Matsatsantsa lift the Nedbank Cup and MTN8 title, as well as reaching the final of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Gould joined SuperSport from Kaizer Chiefs after a difficult period at Naturena, going on to prove his doubters wrong as he overcame his previous injury problems to become one of the first names on Matsatsantsa’ teamsheet under both Stuart Baxter and now Eric Tinkler.
With his contract due to expire at the end of the current season, the Siya crew has been informed that he has put pen to paper on a new one-year deal in Tshwane, a deal that will see him on past his 36th birthday.
2018 signals 10 years since he originally joined SuperSport from Jomo Cosmos, and there have been indications that he will also stay on at the club in some role once he does decide to call it a day and hang up his boots.
