Polokwane City right-back, Tlou Molekwane, has told Soccer Laduma that he is happy to remain at Rise and Shine for the upcoming season provided that both he and the club can agree on personal terms.
The former Kaizer Chiefs man receiving two offers from other PSL clubs for his services.
Molekwane, 25, has enjoyed his most consistent season to date having made 22 league appearances for the Limpopo-based club, the most number of appearances in his professional career.
“Polokwane City is the first club where I have breached the 20 appearances mark. This is an achievement for me, and I want to continue from where I left off next season,” said Molekwane.
“Moving to a different club at this stage would set me back as I wouldn’t just walk into the starting line-up, I would have to assess my competition for the position. At the moment, I'm playing regular football for my team, and that is the most important thing for me now.”
“After a season or two, I can consider moving elsewhere, but for now my goal is to play for Polokwane City. My agent is currently in talks with City and hopefully we can agree on terms,” concluded the right-back.
