AmaZulu have signed Joseph Molangoane from Platinum Stars. The deal was concluded before the close of the January transfer window, which will see him sporting the Usuthu jersey for the remainder of the season.
The creative midfielder will be expected to use his silky skills to help the team in attack. With the club sitting at the foot of the Absa Premiership table, the new recruits will be aiming to help the side claw its way out of the relegation zone.
AmaZulu signed eight players during the January transfer window, with the likes of Bongani Ndulula, Phumlani Mhamha, Willem Mwedihanga, Luyanda Hlongwa, Njabulo Manqana, Makhosonke Bhengu and Sbonelo Khuboni all joining the Craig Rosslee-coached outfit, alongside Molangoane.
Rosslee has been tasked to salvage the club’s PSL status, and with their latest signings, there is no doubt that the coach has got ample quality available to select from.
In addition, AmaZulu have confirmed that Mandla Sangweni and Donovan Thompson have been sent on loan to Durban Warriors and Mpumalanga Black Aces, respectively.
