“Pirates are representing South Africa in this competition, so it’s important that all South Africans, especially Amabhakaniya, to rally behind the team,” Modisane told the Siya crew.
“It was nice seeing all those supporters filling up the Orlando and Moses Mabhida Stadiums during the MTN8 and I wish that the supporters can show the same support on Saturday night,” added Modisane.

Meanwhile, Modisane is hoping that their good record at Orlando Stadium in the Champions League will continue.
“We have hosted the likes of Al Ahly, TP Mazembe and Zamalek at this stadium before and we managed to get good results against them, so we are hoping to do well against Esperance,” continued Modisane.
Pirates have their full squad to choose from, except for injured defender Patrick Phungwayo, who has been sidelined by a hamstring injury.
