AmaZulu FC defender Abbubaker Mobara vows to use his time in KwaZulu-Natal to revive his career after some challenges.
Mobara has had a good run in the PSL from his time at Ajax Cape Town then his move to Orlando Pirates to playing against Neymar in the Olympics and was seen as the next big star in South African football.
The player admits to having challenges but doesn't want to focus on them.
"Honestly I can't change on what happened, I can write a book on what happened to me, but shouldn't let that affect my current situation. I still have a life to live, work harder than before," Mobara told the Siya crew.
"Maybe I'm not the happiest person for what has happened to me and how things turned out, I was given more than one chance and this time around I'm giving all. I accept what happened to me and I have to push hard and forget about the past."
The defender has been performing very well for AmaZulu, and his aim is to remain consistent.
"I didn't have any coaching problems. I can't point fingers to anyone, I can only take full responsibility and just pushing for what I want to achieve. I want to win cups and challenge for the league, play at the highest level."
