Bloemfontein Celtic goalkeeper Thembalethu Moses says he is raring to go, having been involved in a car accident last week.
The Uitenhage-born net minder is one of a couple of PSL players to have been involved in a car accident recently, after Thulasizwe Mbuyane of Mpumalanga Black Aces and Orlando Pirates striker Lehlohonolo Majoro escaped with minor injuries from their respective car accidents. However, Moses says he does not want to delve much into what happened and reveals that he is focusing on their next fixture, against Mamelodi Sundowns on Wednesday.
“Yes, it is true that I was involved in a car accident sometime last week, but that’s all I can really say, as I’m not comfortable getting into details of what transpired. Everything is fine... I just got a cut below my eye. I am back at training and looking to put the incident behind me,” he told the Siya crew.
Moses has been the number two goalkeeper at Phunya Sele Sele, with Ernst Middendorp preferring Patrick Tignyemb between the sticks, and will be hoping for game time in the remaining games as his contract expires in June.
