Milutin Sredojevic Has Explained His Ambitions With Orlando Pirates
Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic has spoken on his ambitions with Orlando Pirates as they continue to work on improving to finally reach their final product.
Pirates are currently second placed on the Absa Premiership league standings, well in with a shot to lift the Absa Premiership trophy at the end of the 2017/18 season.
However, Coach Micho has maintained that his side still has a lot to improve on and develop in their game, saying that he wants Pirates to become a dominant side in Mzansi again.
“There are two other big teams, one where the coach is five years with the team (and) one with the coach that is three years with the team. We are now eight months together, the most driving factor and force to us is motivation and seeing how players respond,” Coach Micho told the media after the Buccaneers’ impressive 3-1 win over Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday.
“We want to be a dominant side on the local, we want to go (to) Africa and put some star there. I will tell you that we are happy where we are, still I believe that we have huge space to improve and develop and when the time comes that we have the final product, that moment, with all due respect with our competitors, that we shall be above them and look forward to getting souls of our supporters healed as we are doing,” he added.
