New Pirates Coach Quits Twitter After Taking Bucs Job
Milutin 'Micho' Sredojević Looks To Have Quit Twitter For Orlando Pirates
Orlando Pirates’ new head coach, Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic, says that he will ‘pull out of Twitter’ after taking on his role at one of South Africa’s giants.
The Serbian was announced as Kjell Jonevret’s successor on Thursday as Irvin Khoza confirmed that he had penned a three-year deal with the club, and he will now begin work as he tries to turn around the Buccaneers’ recent fortunes.
In order to focus on the job at hand, the 47-year-old has explained that he won’t be using Twitter – a previously popular platform for him – so he can ‘put full focus on the task ahead’.
Micho's first game in charge will take place later this month when the Absa Premiership gets underway, and he is expected to start work with his new players in the coming days.
