The Siya crew can reveal that Milano United are interested in acquiring the services of, Leroy Maluka, who has been plying his trade in Finland.
The 28-year-old midfielder was on the books of Ikapa Sporting in 2009, but left a year later to link up with Abo IFK in Finland. He later joined Turun Palloseura and has lately been on the books of FC YPA in the country’s Second Division. He was a regular last season, making 21 appearances, but has left the club.
According to Siya sources, Milano United have shown interest in Maluka and he may be playing his football in the National First Division next season.
The player confirmed the club’s interest, saying, “I am flying back to Finland next week because one of the teams there, FF Jaro, also want me. Milano have said they are interested and I’d be interested to come if they are promoted. FC YPA made me a ridiculous offer, so I decided to leave them. I’ll let you know if anything happens.”
