Milano United have completed the signing of defender Taariq Fielies from Ajax Cape Town for the 2014/2015 season.

Fielies spent last season on loan at Milano, and the club have now signed the 22-year-old outright.

"Great move for him," said Rui Alves from the SevlaSport Agency.

"They'll compete for promotion and he will feature. There was quite a bit of interest in him but Milano and Ajax werer tops in doing the deal."

Fielies played 19 games in the NFD for Milano last season.

In the 2012/2013 season he made one PSL appearance for Ajax, after being promoted from their youth ranks.
