Following his good displays, especially in the CAF Champions League, Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa has been voted as the club’s Player of the Month.

In winning the award, Meyiwa will get the chance to drive a new Peugeot car for a month. Pirates PRO Mickey Modisane congratulated Meyiwa after winning the award.

“As the club we would like to congratulate Senzo for winning this award. I’m happy that he praised his teammates for this achievement, because at the end of the day, it’s all about team work,” Modisane told the Siya crew.

“We’re hoping that this car incentive will motivate other players to continue doing well for the team,” added Modisane.

Meyiwa received his new Peugeot 309 GTI during the club’s training this morning.
