Former Orlando Pirates midfielder Menzi Masuku has finally confirmed his move from the Soweto giants to Chippa United.
The South African U23 international has been unveiled at the Port Elizabeth outfit, following his arrival in the Eastern Cape from Gautteng.
The Chilli Boys took to their official Twitter account to confirm the player’s arrival at the club.
“I am excited to be here & received a warm welcome from the Chairman. I'm already feeling at home,” - Menzi Masuku.
Chippa Chairman confirmed signing Masuku last month already when he told the Siya crew that the player’s move to his club was a permanent deal.
Following the player’s return from the Olympic Games in Brazil, Dan Malesela’s club confirmed that Masuku has been signed on a three-year deal from Pirates.
The talented player has since arrived at the club and has been handed jersey number 41, as he prepares to dazzle football fans in the Eastern Cape with his silky skills with the ball.
Chippa are hosting Free State Stars at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in their first game of the 2016/17 season tonight, although it remains unclear if Masuku will be immediately aavailable for Malesela's side.
