SuperSport United midfielder, Moffat Mdluli, could be set for a year-long loan with Polokwane City.
The 23-year-old started only 10 games for Matsatsantsa last season, struggling to break into Gavin Hunt’s first team line-up on a regular basis.
Now, following the acquisition of a whole new group of players and a new head coach, Cavin Johnson, Mdluli has seemingly dropped even further down the pecking order at the club, hence their willingness to allow him to leave on loan.
According to a Siya source, Polokwane City are on the verge of landing the defensive midfielder for the length of the season as they look to bolster their squad in the next three weeks.
City only recently had their PSL status confirmed following a drawn out complaint from Thanda Royal Zulu, and now find themselves in a rush to sign players that will help them remain in South Africa’s top flight during their debut season.
