Free State Stars travel to Rustenburg to face Platinum Stars at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Stadium for a place in the MTN8 semi-final this afternoon.
Ea Lla Koto started the season on a bad note losing 4-1 to SuperSport United in a league game and they will be looking to change the tables today.
Midfielder and captain Paulus Masehe tells Soccer-Laduma that it will be a tough game for both sides, but that the Free State team have more to prove and a desire to advance to the next round.
"It will be tough, not only for us but for them as well. We have been here before and did well and I hope we can put the last week's result behind us and focus on today's game. We can win today and go all the way to the final but we are playing against a team that is high in confidence after their last season's performance. However this is a different season and we all want to win something so it will be a tough one," the former Mamelodi Sundowns player concluded.
