Maritzburg United have announced the arrival of two more new players as their busy transfer window business continues. 

The Team of Choice, who announced the signing of former Amakhosi goalkeeper Brylon Petersen earlier this week, have welcomed two new shot-stoppers in Tato Lesoma and Renaldo Leaner. 

The arrival of the two players means Maritzburg will have four goalkeepers, with Marcel Engenhardt likely to be the first choice for head coach Ernst Middendorp. 

Lesoma has previously played for the University of Pretoria and SuperSport United, while Leaner was on the books of Cape Town Spurs (formerly Ajax Cape Town) in the past.

Maritzburg have been busy during the transfer after losing some of their key players to DStv Premiership rivals. They have also signed Alfred Ndengane, Rowan Human, Lefa Hlongwane, Zukile Kewuti, Brandon Theron and Richard Zumah from Ghana.

The club, meanwhile, has announced that Phumlani Ntshangase will be captain of the club this season.
