Mamelodi Sundowns striker, Edward Manqele, is no longer taking the club to the PSL Dispute Resolution Chamber.
In the latest edition of Soccer Laduma, issue 886, the Siya crew revealed that Manqele was set to meet with Sundowns at the PSL DRC today, in his attempt to leave the club.
Manqele’s agent, Josiah Mphono, had earlier told the Siya crew that the solution for the player’s situation was to leave the club.
The Randfontein-born player has been unclear about where his future lies for the 2014/15 season.
However, latest information reaching the Siya crew is that the 27-year-old has since resolved the matter with the club and is now looking set to secure a loan move before the end of the transfer window.
“That’s a thing of the past. The player and his agent have resolved the matter with Sundowns and have agreed to the team’s terms for a loan deal. The parties are working on getting the player a club to spend the season on loan,” said the source.
