Former University of Pretoria midfielder, Sepeke Manamela, is still battling his way back from injury as he plots the next move in his career.
The veteran player, who has also played for Orlando Pirates, parted ways with Tuks at the end of last season after experiencing limited game time at the club. He went to SuperSport United on trial during the pre-season but unfortunately got injured after only one training session and has been working on his recovery since then.
Asked about his progress, the 30-year-old player said, “It’s coming along nicely. I think I’ll start training towards the end of October and then I’ll start looking for a team in January. I still have a lot to offer. In the meantime I’ve also been focusing on my business interests here in Jo’burg but I’m taking things step by step.”
