The Brazilians’ off-season break will come to an end this week, after a successful domestic campaign, having lifted the 2017/18 Absa Premiership trophy.
Head Coach Pitso Mosimane will now get his side back to action, as they look to gear up for their upcoming CAF Champions League clash.
The Champions League will return to action following the end of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, with Sundowns set to lock horns with AS Togo Port on July 17.
The Brazilians will gather for pre-season training the weekend of June 24, with sources revealing that Sundowns will travel to the North West for a week-long camp.
Sundowns will also be locking horns with Kaizer Chiefs next month, July 21, in the inaugural Shell Helix Cup.
The Premier Soccer League is yet to confirm fixtures for the upcoming 2018/19 domestic campaign, although the new season is expected to get underway in August this year.
