Sundowns will lock horns with Ea Lla Koto in an Absa Premiership encounter today, September 11 at 18h00, where the Brazilians will look to turn things around and get back to winning ways.

Sundowns suffered a 2-1 loss to Polokwane City in the Absa Premiership last month, August 22, where Sekotlong made his official debut in the starting line-up for Head Coach Pitso Mosimane’s side.

Speaking to Sundowns’ official website, the 26-year-old Mamelodi-born striker says that he felt like he put up a good performance in his debut although, was unable to find the back of the net on the day.

“I feel like I had a good performance, I just lacked a goal to calm the nerves down. But things happen for a reason because not scoring on that game is driving me to do even better in our next game. I am just hoping to get that first goal to settle down and then after that more will come. The first goal will open up many more goals and will help with my confidence,” Sekotlong said on Sundowns’ official website.

Now, it remains to be seen whether the 26-year-old will star for the Brazilians when they lock horns with his former side, Ea Lla Koto this evening.
