Another solid showing at right back from Zwane, both defensively and on the attack.

Schut put in a strong showing in the heart of the defence and did well to frustrate the Stars attack.
Ramahlwe Mphahlele: 6
Continues to impress in central defence alongside Schut and put in a fine performance against Ea Lla Koto.

Started off the game well but showed his careless side by picking up an unnecessary second yellow card by fouling Johnny Mathole.

Kekana put in a solid showing in the middle of the park, shielded the back four and had a few efforts on goal.
Bongani Zungu: 6
A workman like performance from Zungu, continued to do his job in the middle, which was keeping things ticking in the final third for Sundowns.
Tebogo Langerman: 6
Got forward to good effect and slotted in perfectly when Mashaba was sent off and almost got on the score-sheet with a venomous strike.
Anthony Laffor: 6
Laffor put in a fine showing down the right flank for Sundowns, made a few good runs and managed to track back on a few occasions.

Crowned his fine performance with a well-taken goal in the 73rd minute, Sundowns best player on the night.
Cuthbert Malajila: 7
Was a threat to the Stars defence throughout and got a well-deserved goal just before the halftime break. His ninth of the season.
