Last season it was the Bulls that paid homage to Masandawana with a yellow strip, and now Pitso Mosimane's team have repaid the favour by donning blue for their alternate jersey.

The design of the kit continues the' Beat of Mamelodi' theme of the home and away strips that were released last month, forging a stronger bond between the Bulls and Sundowns as they look to unite Tshwane and the two sporting codes.
On the topic of the collaboration, club spokesperson, Thulani Thuswa, said in a statement, “There is a saying: ‘Tshwane ra tshwana – in Pretoria we are the same’. This new third kit symbolizes the City of Champions and what greater way to pay tribute to our fellow city giants than by donning their famous blue. What makes the deal even sweeter is that we share a sponsor in PUMA, who have set the trend by having two different sporting codes wearing each other’s jerseys.”
