Mosimane Hints At Pre-Season Abroad
Mamelodi Sundowns coach, Pitso Mosimane, has hinted at a preseason camp abroad.
Mamelodi Sundowns coach, Pitso Mosimane, is arguably the most successful coach in the PSL’s modern era, and known as a highly ambitious coach, the master tactician is always looking to improve.
Sundowns have established themselves as the early odds-on favourites to clinch the 2017/18 Absa Premiership title. They went into the festive season break at the top of the league table, with 28 points after 14 rounds of league action.
With all the PSL clubs currently on break, with the action set to kick-off in the first week of the new year, Mosimane has suggested that he would welcome a pre-season camp abroad.
“You know I always want to take the team, in Europe for preseason, and play against big teams, you know, or go to Egypt, go to Tunisia, you know like I did before with Zambia, Zimbabwe, Ghana, and play those games. Or go to Japan and play those strong teams,” said Mosimane,
Downs face Polokwane City on January 6, in their first league outing of the year, as the chase for the league title continues.
