Mamelodi Sundowns are expected to meet with Free State Stars tomorrow regarding the sale of a goalkeeper.
It was reported last week by the Siya crew that Thela Ngobeni has indicated his desire to move on from the Chloorkop-based club after growing frustrated with his lack of game-time.
Following his loan stint with Ea Llo Koto, the player returned to Sundowns during the July/August transfer window last year where he was subsequently registered for the 2017/18 campaign, however, has not featured in a single domestic or continental fixture for the Brazilians since.
It seems that the player will now be returning to Stars in what is believed to be a permanent transfer this time around, with the two parties set to meet tomorrow, January 19, to finalise terms for Ngobeni’s move to Ea Lla Koto, according to Siya sources close to the Free State camp.
In order for a deal to be concluded, both the buying club and the selling club will have to agree on terms of the transfer. Once that is concluded, the player and the buying club will have to agree on personal terms before the move is finalised.
