George Maluleka is confident that Kaizer Chiefs can pick up three points when they face Polokwane City as they look to get back on top of the PSL.
The Amakhosi relinquished their spot at the summit of the league due to two straight league defeats this month, though do have a game in hand on the current leaders, Mamelodi Sundowns.
Their next game sees them take on newcomers, Polokwane City, who are fighting to avoid relegation at the other end of the table.
Speaking to Chiefs’ official website, Maluleka said, "Playing against Polokwane City is always a tough encounter but I'm confident that we can be able to come back with a positive result. I do not know much about them but I have a bit of an idea of their style of play. I also know some of their players. It is going to be a tough game but we will do our best to win the game.
“We lost our top position in the league but we still have a game in hand, so we could go top again. We don't want to put too much pressure on ourselves. We will just take it one game at a time and obviously we want to do very well in all of the remaining games.”
Second place will take on fourteenth place on Wednesday, when Chiefs tackle Polokwane at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.
