Following Kaizer Chiefs’ league and Nedbank Cup double winning season, striker Lehlohonolo Majoro is already thinking of the new season and on improving on their game for the 2013/14 campaign.
Majoro, who contributed to the team’s league success with a total of nine goals, believes that they have a lot of work to do in pre-season, as they prepare to defend their titles and aim to challenge for even more silverware.
He told the Siya crew that they need to do improve next season, which is what their fans will expect.
“We did well this season, but I think we could have done much better. We wanted more trophies and we got two. We have to do much better next season and win more trophies. Of course, it won't be easy to achieve that as all the other teams will be looking for the same achievements.
“We have to start with the MTN8 until the end. But it will need a lot of character and hard work which I think as a team we have,” Majoro concluded.
