Kaizer Chiefs beat Mochudi Centre Chiefs 3-0 in a friendly, billed as the Botswana Challenge, at a wet National Stadium in Gaborone on Saturday night.
Lehlohonolo Majoro got a brace, while Mandla Masango scored the other.
Both teams are the current champions of their respective leagues and were using the game as a training exercise.
Mochudi have a match tomorrow against the current Botswana League leaders, Botswana Defence Force XI.
Mandla Masango opened the scoring early in the first half for the Amakhosi, before Lehlohonolo Majoro scored to make it 2-0 to Kaizer Chiefs at half-time.
Lucky Baloyi was injured in the first half and replaced by Matthew Rusike. Baloyi injured his knee and was taken to hospital for it to be checked.
Both teams made a number of changes in the second-half, with the Amakhosi bringing on Gordinho, Matombo, Cele, Ekstein, Mtsweni and Pieterse for Masango, Nkosi, Lebese, Ritchie, Bukenya and Khuzwayo.
Mochudi had a few chances in the second half but it looked to remain goalless until Majoro got his second in extra time at the end of the second half to make it 3-0 on the night for the South African PSL champs.
