Kaizer Chiefs could face an attacking dilemma for tomorrow’s Nedbank Cup final against SuperSport United, with the news that striker Lehlohonolo Majoro will undergo a late fitness test.
Chiefs take on Matsatsantsa at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Saturday afternoon as they attempt to win what would be a famous league and cup double for the current crop of Amakhosi players.
Coach Stuart Baxter will be without striker Kingston Nkhatha for the final, who is out through suspension, and now faces the possibility of being without Majoro, who is thought to be struggling with injury.
Baxter will be hoping that Majoro does pass his fitness test ahead of the game, however if he doesn’t, the coach may opt to field either Sthembiso Ngcobo or Kaizer Motaung Junior.
Tomorrow’s game begins at 15:00, when the two sides lock horns for the final game of the 2012/13 PSL campaign, and while the Glamour Boys go in as slight favourites, SuperSport will be hoping to retain the trophy they won last year.
