The Absa Premiership champions rounded off their season with a 0-0 draw against Bloemfontein Celtic in the Free State on Saturday.

Mabunda scooped up the Man of the Match award after the clash and thanked everyone for the support.

“I want to thank the grace of my father Shepherd Bushiri I thank God that he brought that man into my life to teach me the principles of life,” Mabunda told SuperSport after the match.

“I’d like to say thank you to everyone who has supported me, it’s been a long season too many games that I have played but it’s what I prayed for. For me to be given this trophy today it’s magic, I’d like to thank my teammates and the supporters that are here.

“[the pastor] told me never to have a negative comment in my life no matter how difficult the situation is, even when the situation is tough you must just say you’re waiting for something positive to happen. It’s my time to relax and see somebody do something positive and learn from it.

"Always look for the positives in your colleagues, in your opponents. Always declare positive things in your life.”

Tiyani which church did you go to when you grew up? Bushiri is only 5 years older than you. I like your style of play but as for your intellectual capacity is suspect.

'I want to thank the grace of my father Sherphed Bushiri. I thank God for bringing that man in my life to teach me the morals of life'. What a statement from one of the most dedicated players. More is coming your way... Recieve in the name of Jesus.

Yeah, I am taken aback. Downs should teach our players what to say in the media. Imagine fau players mentioning their muthi man in an open interview, they can be charged for leaking confidential information.
