Mpumalanga Black Aces goalkeeper, Jackson Mabokgwane, has praised his teammate Tendai Ndoro, saying the Zimbabwean striker has a bright future in SA football.
Ndoro scored a brace against Ajax Cape Town last Friday to take his goal-scoring tally to five goals in only 10 appearances for AmaZayoni.
“Tendai is a very good player. He is still young and has a bright future ahead of him. I just hope that his instant success doesn’t go into his head,” Mabokgwane told the Siya crew.
“I think if he carries on with this form, he’ll be amongst the players who’ll be competing for the top goal-scorer award this season. If his form continues beyond the current season, I think he will go on to win the top goal-scorer award next season,” added Mabokgwane.
Ndoro will get an opportunity to increase his goal tally when Aces visit Orlando Pirates at Orlando Stadium on Wednesday.
The game will commence at 19h30 and is live on SuperSport.
