Lorenzo Gordinho has signed with Danish outfit Viborg FF after parting ways with Bidvest Wits at the end of the season.
In what was a surprise move in January, Gordinho left Kaizer Chiefs to join Bidvest Wits after he was told by the former coach of the side, Ernst Middendorp that he was not in his plans.
However, following the sale of the Sturrock Park club to Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila, a number of players from the Students were left with no choice but to look for opportunities elsewhere.
It has since been confirmed from the player’s representatives from Prosport International that the 26-year-old centre-back has signed with the Danish first division club.
“Congratulations to football client Lorenzo Gordinho who who has signed for Danish 1st Division club Viborg FF. Wishing Lorenzo all the best for his new journey in Denmark,” Prosport International confirmed on their official Twitter account.
