According to the Siya sources, Usuthu are keen to add the 18-year-old winger to their books and all that is left is for Pirates boss, Irvin Khoza to agree on his release.
Liphoko’s agent, Mike Makaab, told the Siya crew that the winger will be part of his discussion with Khoza when they meet later this week.
“I will be speaking to the Chairman later this week and Liphoko’s future forms part of those discussion. Hopefully, he’ll complete his move to AmaZulu before the end of the week,” Makaab told the Siya crew.
Liphoko returned to Pirates at the beginning of the season following a loan spell at Golden Arrows, but was told to stop training after Bucs decided against registering him for this season.
The 18-year-old winger then decided to return home in Durban.
