Mamelodi Sundowns defender, Wandisile Letlabika, is waiting for the club to make a decision on his request to leave Chloorkop.
Letlabika is wanting to be release by the Brazilians after spending months of frustration without getting any official game time.
Sources close to the club have confirmed that the 23-year-old wants to leave, unlike some of the players on the ‘unwanted’ list, who are still looking to fight for a place in Pitso Mosimane’s squad or secure loans moves elsewhere.
“The player hasn’t received his clearance yet. The last time I heard he was told that the person attending to his request has gone to Ghana. The worry is that other clubs are busy looking for players at the moment.
“Clubs are reluctant to sign players that haven’t got their clearances at hand,” said the source.
Musa Nyatama, who was in a similar situation last season due to lack of game time, has joined Bloemfontein Celtic on a loan deal.
Meanwhile, Walter Maponyane, Themba Zwane, Samuel Julies, Doctor Mampuru and Eleazar Rodgers are some of the players that have been linked with an exit from Sundowns.
