Bloemfontein Celtic defender Wandisile Letlabika is expected to be out of action for three weeks after suffering an ankle injury.
The 24-year-old signed for Phunya Sele Sele during the transfer window, after being deemed surplus to requirements at Mamelodi Sundowns, and looks to be establishing himself in Clinton Larsen’s team, having started three league games so far.
However, the good news is that if all goes well in his recovery, he will only miss one game, next Wednesday’s fixture against Mpumalanga Black Aces, as Siwelele’s next game thereafter will only be played in October.
In the Aliwal North-born player’s absence, Larsen is expected to move Limbikani Mzava back to right back and possibly bring in Johannes Motlhaping to partner Thabo Nthethe in central defence.
