Majoro On Facing Former Side
Orlando Pirates striker, Lehlohonolo Majoro, is relishing the prospect of facing his former team, AmaZulu, when the two teams square up in an Absa Premiership encounter, but simultaneously believes it will be a tough encounter.
"BalloJoro" became a household name at the KwaZulu-Natal outfit in the 2010/2011 season, finding the back of the net on 14 occasions in 29 outings, before his highly-anticipated move to Soweto giants, Kaizer Chiefs the season after where he also became the club's top goalscorer with 10 goals.
Now at Pirates, Majoro is once again among the club's top scorers.
The Ladybrand-born striker told the Siya crew that it won't be easy playing against his former side. He said that teams in the relegation position are always difficult to play against as they give their all to avoid the dreaded axe.
"AmaZulu is a good team with good players and now they have just engaged a good coach. It won't be easy playing against them and wanting to win. We know where we want to finish in the league and to do that we need to win games and that's what we want to do tomorrow against AmaZulu.
"They will be a tough opponent looking at their position in the league. They don't deserve to be there so they will fight hard and so will we," the former Kaizer Chiefs striker observed.
The match between Ezika Magebhula and Usuthu will commence at 19:30 from the Moses Mabhida Stadium.
