Moroka Swallows captain, Leefa Tsutsulupa, says it is important for the Dube Birds to convert their chances if they are to stand any chance of beating Platinum Stars.
The two teams will meet at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium tonight.
“In our previous games, we have been guilty of not taking our chances and that has resulted in us losing games we shouldn’t have lost. We need to take every chance we get in the match against Stars tonight,” Tsutsulupa told the Siya crew.
“Every game is very important now as we look to finish the season in a respectable position. So we need to approach every game as if we’re playing a cup final, because it’s very difficult to get any points at this stage of the season,” added the Swallows skipper.
Meanwhile, Swallows will be without defenders, Rudi Isaacs and Luvhengo Mungomeni for the Stars clash.
Isaacs is suspended for this clash after collecting his fourth yellow card during last Saturday’s 1-0 loss against Orlando Pirates in the Soweto derby, while Mungomeni hasn’t recovered yet from his injury.
