Kaizer Chiefs will be without George Lebese when they return for their PSL action against University of Pretoria tonight.
The Glamour Boys host Tuks at FNB Stadium tonight as the Absa Premiership returns following a break put in place due to the passing on of Nelson Mandela.
The last round of PSL games was postponed in order to pay respect to Tata Madiba, though now, following his funeral yesterday, the league is set to resume.
Chiefs’ head coach, Stuart Baxter, who recently signed a new two-year deal, has both Tsepo Masilela and Morgan Gould back available following their absence through injury and suspension respectively.
However, Lebese will not play a role against Steve Barker’s side after Baxter confirmed on the club’s official website that he was out with a swollen foot, despite the fact that he returned to full training last week.
Meanwhile, Josta Dladla will also be unavailable as he serves the second game of his two-match ban after he was sent off in the win over Polokwane City.
The game between the two teams will start at 20h15 tonight as the Amakhosi look to keep up the pace behind leaders, Mamelodi Sundowns.
