News landing at the Siya crew's desk is that Ajax Capecarl Town has signed Carl Lark for a six-month loan deal from Cape Town Santos.
According to the club's website, interim coach, Ian Taylor, has confirmed the loan signing of Carl Lark from Santos.
The Urban Warriors coach says Lark has been signed on a loan deal from Santos, and has been training with the Ikamva-based club for four weeks.
The player was part of the squad that played during the Urban Warriors' win 2-1 win over VfB Stuttgart.
The Siya crew contacted the club's PRO, Thabiso Shooz Mekuto, who also confirmed the signing and did not rule out the possibility of more signings on the last day of the transfer period.
"The boy will join us until the end of the season and at the moment we might sign more players. I'm not going to tell you more now but tomorrow I might have something for you as it is the deadline. All in all, Lark is officially our player now and he might play in our next game," said Mekuto.
Taylor revealed that Lark plays on the wing and will give him options in that position as the player has the potential to succeed at PSL level and will nurture him to reach his full potential.
The Urban warriors will face AmaZulu next Tuesday away in Durban.
